Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hostax platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer (Property Owner/Administrator) and TekVora Innovations Private Limited.

2. Description of Service

Hostax provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for hostel management, including resident records, financial tracking, and operational automation. Services are provided on a subscription basis as defined in the selected service plan.

3. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials.
• Ensuring all resident data uploaded to the platform is collected legally and with appropriate consent.
• Using the platform in compliance with all local housing and data protection regulations.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable. Failure to remit payment within the specified grace period may result in a temporary suspension of access to the administrative dashboard.

Minimum Commitment: All service plans are subject to a mandatory minimum agreement period as specified at the time of subscription. Early termination or mid-term cancellation is not permitted, and the Customer remains liable for the total fees applicable for the entire minimum commitment period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Hostax platform, including its source code, design, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of TekVora Innovations. No rights are granted to the user other than the limited right to access the service during the subscription period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekVora Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding twelve months.

7. Termination

Subject to the minimum commitment period, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the active commitment term. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease, and data will be handled according to our retention policy as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
